Our company has advanced double-sided submerged arc welded spiral steel pipe production line, which can produce double-sided submerged arc welded spiral steel pipe with a diameter of 2192820mm and a wall thickness of 6-30mm, 3PE anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe. The product implements APISPEC5L, GB/T9711-2011, SY/T5037-2008, ASTMA252\A53, ISO3183, DIN17172, EN10217, JISG3457, GB/T3091-2015, GB/T21835 standards, and can also produce special pipes that meet the standards according to customer needs. Large-diameter thick-walled spiral steel pipe spiral welded pipe is made by rolling low-carbon carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strips into pipe blanks according to a certain spiral angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seams. It can produce large-diameter steel pipes with narrow strips. Spiral welded pipe is mainly used for oil, natural gas, water supply and drainage pipeline. Process flow: uncoiling → coiling → leveling → butt welding → edge milling → forming → internal welding → external welding → pipe cutting → break → subsequent welding → chamfering → hydraulic test
