The Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around the Beibu Gulf is one of the national water network backbone projects and one of the 150 major national water conservancy projects. It is a major livelihood project planned and constructed by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to coordinate the future development of the four cities in western Guangdong. It is a major water conservancy project with the largest water diversion flow, the longest water transmission line, the most complex construction conditions, and the largest total investment in Guangdong Province so far.On February 10, 2023, the company won the bid for the purchase of PCCP pipes for the Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around the Beibu Gulf. The project content is the prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe (PCCP) and its accessories required for the joint and thunder sections of Zhanjiang's main line. The planned delivery time of the goods is May 31, 2023, and the delivery period is tentatively set at 3 years. The specific time shall be implemented according to the supply plan reviewed by the supervisor and approved by the tenderee. The bid winning amount is RMB 0.692 billion yuan.

In 2016, the company successfully won the project PCCP pipeline procurement bid, the supply products are special anti-corrosion PCCPE4000 pipe and its pipe fittings.

The water resources allocation project of Pingtan and Minjiang River Estuary in Fujian Province is a major water conservancy project in Fujian Province. In 2017, the company won the bid for the water resources allocation project of the Minjiang River Estuary in Pingtan, Fujian Province and the prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe (PCCP) procurement project for the reconstruction and expansion project of the Minjiang River Water Transfer Longgao Branch Line. Supply products for PCCPL1200 ~ PCCPE2800 pipe and pipe fittings.
