Case description
The middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is to transfer water from the Danjiangkou Reservoir in the upper and middle reaches of the Hanjiang River, the largest tributary of the Yangtze River, across Hubei and Henan provinces (the water source mainly comes from the Hanjiang River). The main canal is excavated at the head of the project in Xichuan County, Henan Province on the east bank of the Danjiangkou Reservoir. The main canal spans Henan, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin provinces and municipalities directly under the central government. The water receiving areas are 14 large and medium-sized cities along the line, including Nanyang, Pingdingshan, Xuchang, Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Hebi, Anyang, Handan, Xingtai, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Beijing and Tianjin. Focus on solving the problem of water shortage in Henan, Hebei, Beijing, and Tianjin, and provide water for production, living, industrial and agricultural water for more than a dozen large and medium-sized cities along the route. The total area of the water supply area is 155000 square kilometers, and the total length of the main water delivery canal is 1277 kilometers., Tianjin water delivery branch line is 155 kilometers long.

The water supply supporting project in the water receiving area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Henan Province is mainly a water conveyance project from each branch gate of the main canal in Henan to the water plant, and the pipeline is mainly PCCP pipeline. The company successfully won the PCCP procurement bid in Xuchang, Xinxiang, Puyang, Luohe, Nanyang, Zhengzhou, Hebi, Anyang and other water supply supporting projects, with a cumulative production of more than 180 kilometers of PCCPL1200-PCCPE3000 pipes. Hebei Province South-to-North Water Diversion Project
The water-receiving areas of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Hebei Province include Shijiazhuang, Handan, Xingtai, Baoding, Langfang, Cangzhou, Hengshui, 7 provincial cities, 91 counties, and Huabei Oilfield. Through the implementation of supporting projects, Hebei Province will form a water supply network system with "two verticals, six horizontals, and ten reservoirs" as the framework, forming a water resource allocation pattern of north-south adjustment and east-west complementarity. The company successfully won the PCCP procurement bid in the Baoding section of the Xingqing main canal project and the Baocang main canal project.
