High-pressure hydrogen pipe fittings are special pipe fittings for petrochemical and other hydrogen production devices. As the petrochemical hydrogen production process has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion, its working conditions are extremely harsh, and there are many special requirements for the technology and quality of the corresponding production equipment and process pipelines.
The latest research and development results: In August 2017, the research and development of the production technology of large-diameter austenitic stainless steel and nickel-based alloy high-pressure hydrogen pipe fittings was completed. (For details, please refer to the "Appraisal Certificate of Scientific and Technological Achievements" issued by China Machinery Industry Federation on August 19, 2017). At present, the high-pressure hydrogen-bearing enterprise standard of Xinfeng Pipe Industry has become the procurement standard of Sinopec's high-pressure hydrogen-bearing enterprise.
