Application
Boiler feed water pump minimum flow circulation valve makes the boiler feed water pump safe start and stop operation, eliminate the pump damage due to flow too small, temperature rise increase, strong water cavitation. The pressure drop before and after the valve reaches 16-35mpa, which is the valve with the largest pressure difference in the power station system. The flow rate is 30% of the normal flow rate. The valve requires anti-cavitation, anti-blocking structure, the valve works continuously when the pump starts and stops running, and the valve is closed after the pump starts normally, and the valve is usually fault open.
Characteristic
• Body and valve cover are forged as a whole, and other pressure parts are forgings with uniform structure and beautiful appearance;
• The inner part adopts the pressing type porous superposition step-down structure, which changes the traditional step-down for this step-down, with compact structure, anti-cavitation, low noise, easy installation and maintenance;
• The valve cover and inner parts are sealed with step type limit, and the stem packing is sealed with V-shaped flexible graphite and strengthened forming graphite to improve the sealing performance;
• Regulating valve can be equipped with our pneumatic actuator, or according to customer requirements with other brands of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuator.
