Bypass regulating valve for water pump
Classification:
Case description
Application
The feed water regulating valve is mainly used in the boiler feed water system, its function is to supply water to the evaporator and regulate the feed water flow, so as to maintain the evaporator water level at a reference value corresponding to the change of steam turbine load. Suitable for water supply flow regulation of 125, 200, 300, 600, 1000MW units.
Characteristic
• Body and bonnet are forged as a whole, and other pressure parts are forgings with uniform structure and beautiful appearance to avoid possible casting defects;
• The inner part adopts the pressing type porous superposition step-down structure, which changes the traditional step-down for this step-down, with compact structure, anti-cavitation, low noise, easy installation and maintenance;
• The valve cover and inner parts are sealed with step type limit, and the stem packing is sealed with V-shaped flexible graphite and strengthened forming graphite to improve the sealing performance;
• Regulating valve can be equipped with our pneumatic actuator, or according to customer requirements with other brands of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuator.
