The wind turbine tower is the basic tower component of the wind turbine, which mainly plays a supporting role. The segmented straight tower tube prestressed concrete tower is composed of concrete tube section, externally prestressed steel strand, steel tower tube, ladder elevator, etc., which can raise the height of the main engine to 140 meters or more and provide safe support for wind turbines to obtain higher wind speed.
Precast concrete barrel section using high-precision template for the project localized prefabrication production, to ensure the timely supply of mixed tower products, while reducing the cost and risk of long-distance large diameter transportation compared to steel tower. The hybrid tower itself has large structural stiffness, high damping ratio and good dynamic performance. In the whole life cycle, the concrete tower has the characteristics of higher safety and low operation and maintenance cost.
