Application
The product covers the main feed water condition of 600MW ~ 1000MW super (super) critical units, and the highest pressure grade can reach Class3500, which can meet the use of large-size pipe for main feed water of super (super) critical units to prevent the use of medium countercurrent.
Characteristic
• The valve body is made of the same material as the pipe, with reliable pressure and beautiful appearance;
• The disc uses an internal hanging structure, in addition to the cavity of self-sealing outside no external leakage point, compact structure;
• The pressure self-sealing part of the valve cover relies on ablative self-sealing ring to achieve reliable sealing under high temperature and high pressure;
• The shaft rod and rocker are designed with multiple sliding pairs, and the shaft rod surface is corrosion resistant and hard processing, abrasion resistance, to prevent the phenomenon of disc opening and closing card;
• The valve disc and seat sealing surface are hardfaced with STL hard alloy, high temperature resistant, tight and reliable seal.
