PVC lined prestressed concrete cylinder pipe is a prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) technology improvement products, the inner wall of the PVC anti-corrosion sheet is made of polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material, with other modified accessories through high temperature and high pressure extrusion molding. At present, the PVC anti-corrosion sheets we use are divided into T-shaped keys and diamond-shaped keys (as shown in the figure below). The T-shaped key structure is suitable for vertical vibration molding process and core mold vibration molding process, and the diamond-shaped key structure is suitable for centrifugal molding process and core mold vibration molding process. It is mainly used to transport seawater, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, strong acid and alkali and other strong corrosive media.
